DSGNR Unlimited LLC operates dsgnr.com. We are a multi-disciplined creative firm in New York City and the data controller responsible for personal information described in this policy. What the Contact Form Collects

Submitting our contact form collects: first and last name, phone number, email, inquiry type, project type and name (where applicable), and your message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver requested services. Not sold.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, which may collect: pages visited, time on site, approximate location from IP address, device/browser type, and referring website. No GA cookies are set and no data sent to Google until you explicitly accept. Withdraw any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer — withdrawal stops collection and clears GA cookies immediately. Payment and Transaction Data

DSGNR Unlimited does not store or process payment card data directly. Payments are handled by one or more of the following processors depending on the channel:

• Stripe — Stripe, Inc.
• Shopify — Shopify Inc.
• Etsy — Etsy, Inc.
• WeAreIndy (Indy) — Indy Technologies, Inc.
• PayPal — PayPal, Inc.

Each processor’s own privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data. DSGNR Unlimited receives only what is needed to confirm payment and fulfill the engagement.

Project and Engagement Data

Files, briefs, and materials shared during an engagement are used solely to deliver agreed services. Retained for the project duration and a reasonable period afterward. Not sold or shared beyond what delivery requires.

Why We Process Your Information

To respond to inquiries, deliver services, process payments, and (where consented) improve the site through analytics.

Cookies

No cookies are set until you opt in. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies prefixed _ga. Withdrawing consent removes those cookies immediately.

Do Not Track

We do not alter behavior in response to browser-level Do Not Track signals. Our consent-gated approach means no tracking occurs absent explicit opt-in regardless of DNT state.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information. “Sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. DSGNR Unlimited does not do this:

Google Analytics — our implementation explicitly denies ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals. Google is instructed not to use analytics data for advertising purposes, and processes it as a service provider under contractual restrictions in their Data Processing Agreement.

Payment processors — Stripe, Shopify, Etsy, WeAreIndy, and PayPal receive personal data solely to execute transactions. This is a service provider relationship expressly exempted from the CCPA sale and share definitions under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140.

We share personal information with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the site and deliver services, in response to valid legal process, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, to object to or restrict processing, or to receive your data in a portable format. Use our contact form. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and engagement materials as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to comply with legal obligations.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
