Service Agreements

These Terms govern your use of this site only. Use of this site does not constitute an engagement with DSGNR Unlimited. Engagements are governed by separate proposal and agreement documents. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

Payments and Processors

Payments for DSGNR Unlimited services may be processed through Stripe, Shopify, Etsy, WeAreIndy (Indy / Indy Technologies, Inc.), or PayPal, depending on the channel through which a service is arranged. Payment terms are governed by the applicable engagement agreement or platform terms. Use of this site alone creates no payment obligation. Refund terms are per-engagement or per-platform as applicable.
